Intent and Outcomes

I’m big on focusing on outcomes; one of my coworkers told me that they take something away from each of the coaches they work with, and she noted that I consistently talk about outcomes and intent.

So that’s where I’m going to start: What’s the intent and outcome I’m looking for in doing this?

Primarily, my intent is getting orientation with my thoughts and activities pertaining to coaching in the Product / Lean / Agile space. I’m looking to understand where I am amongst them, where I am going with them, where I have been with them, so that I can better understand myself, refine my thinking, adjust my approach.

For outcomes, I’m looking for regular reflection that will improve the experience for the people I work with, the people I coach with and for whom I coach.

My intent is also that others get some benefit too, turning it just from personal exploration into a journey we can take together.
